Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for services provided by Contact Rate LLC ("ContactRate.com," "we," "us," or "our"), a Wyoming limited liability company. It is part of our Terms of Service.

1. Subscriptions and Service Fees

Our Advertising Services (monthly service fee) and Marketing Software (monthly subscription) can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for partial billing periods.

2. Ad Spend

Ad spend is the amount paid to advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, and YouTube to run your ads. Ad spend that has already been spent with an advertising platform is non-refundable, because those funds have been paid to the platform.

3. Billing Errors

If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after your cancellation took effect — we will refund the incorrect amount in full.

4. How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] with your name, business name, the email address on your account, and a short description of the charge. We reply within one business day.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Please contact us at [email protected] before filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. In most cases we can resolve the issue directly and faster than a formal dispute.
